By purchasing, accessing, or using Imperium Digital Services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our store or services.

Eligibility

Products & Services

Imperium provides digital goods and services including, but not limited to, license keys, custom software, digital downloads, and other virtual products.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
Products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

By completing a purchase from Imperium Digital Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All purchases are typically final. Refunds, exchanges, or warranties are not provided under normal circumstances.

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental or incorrect purchase
• Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or platform
• Failure to follow setup or activation instructions
• Not using the product
• Loss, theft, or sharing of license keys or product access
• Risk of bans, suspensions, or penalties from using our software on external platforms

Exception Handling

In extremely rare cases, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion. If granted:

• The license will be immediately revoked
• Access to the product or service will be permanently removed

Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the refund process or submit fraudulent claims will result in:

• Permanent blacklisting from all Imperium services
• Denial of future purchases and support

No exceptions.

Compatibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for incompatibility between our software and your device, system, or configuration.
It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets any technical or software requirements before purchasing.
No refunds will be issued for compatibility-related issues.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

If a chargeback is filed after product delivery:

• Your licenses and access to products you have purchased will be immediately revoked
• You will be permanently blacklisted from the following: all future purchases, support and all products you have accessed will be revoked and you will receive a permanent hardware ban from the software you have used
• We will submit all evidence to payment processors and may report your details to fraud databases or law enforcement
• We may pursue legal action to recover damages, fees, and associated losses

License Use & Revocation

All products are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, leak, crack, or distribute them under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to revoke your license and access at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
• Misuse or abuse of our services

Blacklisting Policy

We reserve the right to blacklist users for any of the following:

• Attempted fraud or chargebacks
• Abuse or harassment
• Violation of any part of this agreement
  Being blacklisted includes loss of access to:
• All future purchases
• Past purchases
• Technical support and updates

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any product is delivered.
We do not accept:

• Partial or pending payments
• Unauthorized transactions
  Any attempt to bypass or exploit the payment system will result in immediate account termination and blacklisting.

No Guarantees

All products and services are provided as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee:

• Uptime or product availability
• Future functionality or compatibility
• Support, maintenance, or updates
  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Service Discontinuation

If Imperium ceases operation, no refunds or compensation will be given. This includes:

• Website shutdown
• License revocation
• Removal of products or services
  We are not liable for any losses resulting from business closure or restructuring.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Not share, resell, leak, or reverse-engineer our software
• Not violate any laws using our products
• Keep your license key secure
  Violations may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your license and blacklisting from all services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium Digital Services is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Data loss, revenue loss, or downtime
• Third-party software or service issues
  Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Imperium or its licensors.
You may not reverse-engineer, reuse, or redistribute any intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for use only.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imperium, its owners, and partners from any legal claims or damages resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of our products
• Your breach of these terms
• Any third-party claims related to your actions
  This indemnity continues even after termination of your license.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees to represent you in any legal matters.
Before initiating any formal action, we strongly encourage you to contact us for informal resolution.
In unresolved cases, we reserve the right to seek binding arbitration under local law.
Class action lawsuits are strictly waived — all disputes must be handled individually.

Use of Data

By using our services, you agree we may collect and use certain data, including:

• License key
• Invoice ID
• Email address
• Product metadata
  We use this data to process orders, resolve disputes, and provide support.
  We do not share your data with third parties, except when legally required or involved in fraud resolution.
  In the event of chargeback fraud, we reserve the right to share your data with:
• Payment processors
• Fraud databases
• Law enforcement agencies

Do Not Share Our Software

Any attempt to debug, crack, leak, or redistribute our software is a direct violation of these Terms and constitutes piracy.
This will result in:

• Immediate license revocation
• Legal consequences
• Permanent ban from all future services

Final Notice

Imperium Digital Services reserves the right to:

• Revoke access at any time
• Refuse service
• Discontinue products or features
  No refunds. No liability. No exceptions.
